By using Kwitsy you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.
What Kwitsy is
Kwitsy is a free tool for recording shared expenses and working out who owes whom. Kwitsy never moves money. Payment links open other apps (like Venmo or PayPal), and any payment you make there is between you and that app.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your email account secure, since sign-in links are sent there.
- Only add people and information you have a right to share.
- Don't use Kwitsy for anything illegal, or to harass anyone.
Accuracy
We work hard to make every calculation exact, but balances are only as accurate as what people enter. Kwitsy is a record-keeping tool, not financial, tax or legal advice.
The service
We provide Kwitsy “as is” and may change or pause features. We'll give reasonable notice before any change that affects your data, and you can always export it from Account → Your data.
