How should a couple split expenses?
Whatever feels fair to you both: 50/50 when you earn about the same, or a percentage like 60/40 when one of you earns more. In Kwitsy you set that once as the group's default split, and each expense can still be split differently.
Can we split some things and keep others separate?
Yes. Shared costs go in your group; anything just for you goes in your personal spending, which doesn't change the balance between you.
Does my partner need an account?
No. They can join from the invite link as a guest in the browser, and make a free account later to use it on every device.
